An experienced transactional lawyer, Elizabeth’s work with clients includes research and development, licensing, and clinical matters. She frequently drafts and negotiates clinical trial and related agreements and prepares customized form agreements for domestic and international clinical studies. Elizabeth also helps clients establish master agreements for various services and manufacturing relationships.
Elizabeth began her legal career as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Her work included public and private mergers, stock and asset sales, the registration and sale of equity securities, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters. She has represented clients across a wide range of industries.
While attending law school, Elizabeth completed legal internships at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited) and was a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Elizabeth is a member of the National Charity League, Inc., an organization of mothers and daughters who join together in community involvement. Elizabeth has donated her time to several philanthropies including Special Olympics, Open Heart Kitchen, Cake4kids, Valley Children’s Museum and Tri-Valley Haven.
